SELMA database
You can search for materials in the Library of Parliament's collections from the SELMA database. The database is produced with the same library system that is in use in Finnish university libraries. SELMA information is in the LINDA database, which is the union catalogue of university libraries in Finland. You can check or renew loans in SELMA.

ELKI database
The ELKI database contains links to legal, political and administrative online services. The Library of Parliament's specialists select and describe information for ELKI.

EKS list of subject headings
EKS contains about 4,000 subject headings in the fields of parliamentary information, legal information and social and political information. The Library of Parliament's materials have been described with these subject headings, which can be used to make searches in SELMA.

Finnish legal literature search 1982-
SELMA has a separate search service for legal material published in Finland since 1982. This Bibliographia Iuridica Fennica includes articles, books and journals that have been published in Finland, been written by Finns or concern Finland. Literature that was published before 1982 can be searched from the SELMA database, which contains Finnish and foreign legal books and articles dating back to the 17th century.

Arkadia Collection 1907-
Database SELMA has a separate search service for books on politics and parliamentary work written by Members of the Finnish Parliament since 1907. The Arkadia Collection of these books is formed selectively, and e.g. texts on the Members´ own professional fields are not included. As new books are published by the Members, they are added to the collection.
