Researchers' Room

The Researchers' Room has 11 places for researchers in the field of legal, social and political or parliamentary research.

Places in the Researchers' Room are granted on the basis of applications to post-graduate researchers for six months at a time. Places can be granted for a maximum of six periods of six months.

Applications for researchers' places are received twice a year, in May and November. Applications are made on a form that can be obtained from the Reference and Archival Services Desk or downloaded from the library's website during the application period. Applications are not received or handled outside the application period. The director of the Library of Parliament decides on the granting of researchers' places.
