Services for the Government

The Finnish Government's information services and civil servants are among the Library of Parliament's core customers. They can use all the library's services free of charge.

The Library of Parliament's experts cooperate with ministries' information services to provide information support for those involved in the drafting of legislation. This includes help in finding statutes, law drafting documents, legal cases and legal literature.

The Library of Parliament arranges customised training in the use of information sources for the Government on request.

The Library of Parliament actively participates in the Government network of information service professionals (Valtipa) and develops its services for the Government in this framework.
